AMFORA · INFORMATION

Privacy policy

This notice covers Amfora’s informational website and contact through its published email and telephone. Last updated: 4 October 2026.

Privacy contact

Amfora — wine bar. 8 Septemvri Boulevard No. 18, Mi-Da Complex | Karposh, Skopje, North Macedonia. Email: winebaramphora@gmail.com. Telephone: +389 70 205 169. Use these details for privacy questions or requests.

What is processed

The reservation form is disabled and sends no data. Amfora’s code has no guest accounts, online payments, newsletter signup or marketing pixels.

If you email or call, you share your contact details and message with Amfora. Send only what is needed for your enquiry. Do not send national identification numbers, identity documents, payment-card information or sensitive health information.

The hosting provider may process technical data such as IP address, request time and browser type to deliver and protect the website. The private Sites preview may require sign-in with its provider; that is separate from Amfora’s form.

Purposes and grounds

Information you send is used to answer your enquiry or take steps you request before arranging a service. Technical processing supports website operation and security. Contacting us is not consent to marketing. This version does not perform automated profiling or decision-making by Amfora.

Recipients and external services

The published contact uses Gmail. When you send an email, email providers also process it. The hosted preview uses Sites and Cloudflare; the WordPress version uses its selected hosting provider. These services may process data outside North Macedonia under their terms and applicable safeguards.

Google Maps is an external link, not an embedded map. Google’s rules apply when you open it. Fonts and images are served locally from this website. No social trackers are embedded.

Retention and your rights

Correspondence should be kept only as needed for the enquiry, a legal obligation or legitimate dispute handling. Contact us for the retention period applying to your message and technical records.

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability where applicable, or object to processing. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it. Deletion is not unconditional: some information may need to be retained by law. Requests are considered within applicable statutory deadlines.

You may complain to North Macedonia’s Personal Data Protection Agency at azlp.mk. See the Personal data request page for practical instructions.

Children and changes

Wine-related content is intended for adults aged 18+. There is no children’s service or form collecting their data. A parent or guardian who believes a child’s data has been sent may request deletion using the contact above; do not attach the child’s identity document to the initial message.

This notice must be updated for the specific processing before reservations, marketing or payments are enabled.
